וויננערס פון די 2019 #BeInclusive EU Awards אַוואַרדס מודיע

אין די # בעינקלוסיווע אי.יו. ספּאָרט אַוואַרדס ceremony in Brussels, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Commissioner Tibor Navracsics (פּיקטשערד) presented the three winners with their awards.

Commissioner Navracsics said: “In 2017, I launched the #BeInclusive EU Sport Awards to celebrate organisations using the power of sport to bring people together and promote social inclusion. In this third year, we received more than 140 applications for the prize, many more than last year. The people running these projects are doing a fantastic job on the ground helping to break down social barriers through sport. I would like to congratulate them all, especially the six finalists and three winners.”

The 2019 Awards were launched in May and the competition was open to all organisations established in the Erasmus + פּראָגראַם לענדער – public or private, commercial or not-for-profit – that have successfully developed sport projects aimed at social inclusion of ethnic minorities, refugees, people with disabilities or any other group facing challenging social circumstances. Applications from 144 projects were received and evaluated by independent experts according to their contribution to social inclusion through sport. Nine projects were shortlisted by a high-level jury with the three best projects declared winners.
